Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated. Ad spend is paid directly to third-party platforms and cannot be recovered through iMarket Xtreme. Nothing in this Refund Policy shall obligate iMarket Xtreme to provide refunds beyond what is explicitly set forth. This policy may be amended at our discretion without prior notice.

We strive for transparency and fairness. Please review before purchasing:

  • Setup fees and ad management fees are non-refundable.

  • Ad spend is non-refundable because it is paid directly to third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google).

  • Refund requests for other services (social media or email/SMS management) may be considered only if work has not yet started.

  • After services have commenced, refunds are not issued.

  • If you are dissatisfied, we encourage you to contact us so we can address concerns promptly.
