These Terms & Conditions govern your use of iMarket Xtreme’s services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as a guarantee of specific results. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. These Terms govern the use of services provided by iMarket Xtreme. By signing up or using our services, you agree to the following:

1. Services
We provide digital marketing services including social media management, ad campaign management, and email/SMS management.

2. Payment

  • Payments are processed through PayPal or Stripe.

  • First month’s payment (including setup fees) is due upon signup.

  • Recurring payments are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide necessary access to social accounts, ad accounts, and/or website platforms.

  • Ensure ad spend budgets are funded directly with the chosen platform (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok).

4. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Setup & configuration fees are non-refundable.

  • Ad management fees are non-refundable once service begins.

  • Ad spend is paid directly to advertising platforms and is not refundable through us.

5. Performance Disclaimer

  • While we optimize campaigns, results vary based on budget, audience, and platform performance.

  • We make no guarantees of specific ROI or outcomes.

6. Termination

  • Either party may terminate with 14-day written notice.

  • Outstanding balances remain due.
